How is pricing determined?

Accepted Answer

Pricing depends on the size of the painting and the shipping cost. A painting that measures 12 X 16" costs $100 (USD) plus shipping (within the US, shipping is typically $12-15). Paintings measuring 5 X 5" cost $15 (USD) plus shipping.
 
Other sizes can be requested, though sometimes it will take longer to get the canvas size in stock. If you prefer to only receive a digital copy of the painting and not the physical canvas, shipping cost will of course be waived.

What discounts do you offer?

Accepted Answer

Streamers on Twitch and Youtube, as well as social media influencers, receive a 50% discount on the price of the art itself (does not include shipping). Some 10% off discounts are offered to viewers of partner streamers if they mention the streamer referral in the commission form or via other communication with Rune. Discounts apply only to the base cost of the painting, not the shipping cost.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Currently, only PayPal and written checks (checks from US only) are accepted. Payment is arranged during the commissioning process.

How long does it take to receive the painting?

Accepted Answer

Typically, each painting takes one to two weeks to complete once details such as size and reference photo have been arranged. The shipping time varies according to the local postal service.

Question 5

Do I get permission to use the artwork for commercial use?

Accepted Answer

Yes! When your commissioned piece is completed, you have the right to display the art publically, including online. You do not have the right to sell copies of the art, but you can use it in any promotional way for your business or personal use.
